Hannah joins the Target Physio team with a passion for supporting people to achieve their goals and achieve their best level of health, fitness, and function. She is a Brisbane local, and is committed to giving back to her community by promoting healthy lifestyles. Hannah has worked in a variety of clinical settings, giving her an insight to recovery processes from many injuries and dysfunctions.
From her own musculoskeletal pain experiences, Hannah developed an interest in yoga and pilates and how utilising these clinically offers a low-impact strengthening option for isolated and global muscular strength development, helping patients to overcome back pain. Hannah loves incorporating yoga movements and exercises into her treatment programs, not only for back pain, but for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. She plans to complete her Yoga teacher training as well as further Pilates training to accompany her existing Pilates skillset.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys photography and gardening. Yoga is her activity of choice and one day she hopes to get back to travelling again!
