Heather Butterworth
BPhty (Hons)
Heather joins the Target Physio team in 2019 after graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) from the University of Queensland. You may recognise Heather - she has previously worked at WestVets in Anstead as a veterinary nurse! Originally from North Queensland, Heather moved south to begin her career as a Vet Nurse after working as a cruise attendant in the Whitsundays.

Heather brings her expertise as a competitive horse rider to the team along with interests in paediatrics and women's health. Enabling patients to regain movement and strength to fulfill their personal goals has become a strong passion of hers, whether if involves returning to sport, to work or to playing with your children again.

Heather is committed to continuing to expand her knowledge and is always looking for the best evidence-based treatments and rehabilitation for her patients.
A mother of two young children, in her (little) spare time, Heather enjoys riding motorbikes, camping, going to the beach and even plays beach volleyball!
