Fiona Pringle
Fiona is the Principal Physiotherapist of Target Physio. She has an ongoing desire to learn and apply the very latest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy to the uniqueness of each individual. Fiona has 28 years experience in the physiotherapy profession having graduated in South Africa in 1990. Fiona spent 4 years in African tribal hospitals and then in her own Private Practice in Durban before fulfilling a dream of working in a world-leading UK Spinal Injuries Unit.

In 1996, Fiona immigrated to Australia with her husband. She immediately immersed herself in the Queensland Physiotherapy scene, securing a sought-after position at the QEII Hospital, Mt Gravatt. 6 years of working closely with leading Brisbane Specialists at the coal-face of orthopaedic surgery rehab added to the depth of knowledge which she brings to her work at Target Physio.

In 2002, Fiona launched her first Australian Private Practice, which was relocated to Bellbowrie in 2004 and renamed 'Bellbowrie Physiotherapy'. Twelve years later, Fiona expanded her well-respected name, opening an additional practice in Kenmore under the new company name 'Target Physio'. More recently, Fiona has been chipping away at her Masters of Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland.

You might have even seen her in the background of the 2018 Commonwealth Games! Fiona volunteered as a physiotherapist across a range of sporting events throughout the Gold Coast Games.

Fiona's passion for movement drives herself and family to participate in triathlons and fun runs throughout the year. She is also a keen Crossfitter, cook and traveler.
