Clinical Conditioning Program
Target Physio Physiotherapists have developed a variety of Evidence-based Exercise Clinical Conditioning Programs targeting your:
  • Balance
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Function

Our Clinical Conditioning Courses are developed by our physiotherapists to target a variety of individual needs and goals through evidence-based exercise. Each level focuses on key elements and outcome measures for that targeted level of fitness.

All courses include eight one hour sessions over eight weeks, running in conjunction with the school terms. For those who are not current patients at Target Physio, a pre-course assessment is essential to assess individual needs and targets. All Clinical Conditioning classes have a maximum of 6 spaces. Both the pre-course assessment and Clinical Conditioning course is claimable on Private Health funds, DVA and Workcover.

If you have any questions regarding the Clinical Conditioning Program you can either visit our Frequently Asked Questions page or contact our office on 07 32025216 and a staff member will happily provide further information. Online booking for a Clinical Conditioning pre-course assessment is available through the website and via Target Physio Facebook page.
