Kids & Teens Strength Classes in Brisbane West

Target Physio is excited to offer a Kids and Teens Strength & Conditioning class tailored to meet the needs of the younger population. Led by Physiotherapist Joe, this class incorporates body weight exercises, free weights, plyometrics, resistance training and cardiovascular exercise and aims to help build strong muscles and bones, improve fitness and instill healthy lifestyle habits that continue into adulthood.

Joe has previously worked with pre-teen and adolescent individuals at the Brisbane Roar Academy and GPS sport. Joe has a passion for improving the health and fitness of young people of any activity level and also optimizing the strength and conditioning of young athletes of any sport, allowing them to better perform on the field or track.
