Target Physio offers small group exercise classes with our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. Classes are offered at various times throughout the week at our Kenmore and Karalee clinics, as well as Bodylife Pullenvale!
Class numbers are capped to allow for attention to detail from your Exercise Physiologist.
Whether you’re looking for strength and conditioning, diabetes management or exercise for the young at heart, our group exercise classes are for you!
You must have had an assessment consultation with one of our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists in the previous 3 months before booking a class.
10 pack – $300.00 – paid up front and must be used within 3 months.

We’re here to support your child, teach them proper techniques and have fun!
Have you been told you have low bone density or are at risk of having low bone density? Our group exercise classes are the perfect non-pharmaceutical methods to improve your bone mineral density count. Under the guidance of a qualified exercise healthcare professional, we’ll walk you through exercise movements, dosage and progressions as you get stronger!
If you have diabetes and are looking to manage or improve your blood glucose levels, exercise is a proven method in doing so! Working with an Exercise Physiologist who understands Diabetes and the human body is a great way of filling your script for Diabetes exercise.

We love to keep everyone moving and active, at any age! Exercise isn’t just for the youngsters, we understand you don’t want to be grunting and groaning, lifting heavy weights around a gym (or maybe you do and we’re here for that too!), some want to be able to get down on the floor and play with grandkids! Our group exercise classes are a great, social way to maintain and improve mobility!
Has your doctor told you that you have high blood pressure or ‘Hypertension’ or are at risk? Exercise is a proven prescription for improving blood pressure without the need for pharmaceutical intervention. Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified healthcare professionals that understand the implications of high blood pressure on the body and the physiological changes that exercise has on the human body and in turn, high blood pressure. Supervised exercise classes are a great way to improve high blood pressure.
