Our Story

Target Physiotherapy originated as a home clinic started by Fiona in 2002, which later became Bellbowrie Physiotherapy in 2004. Serving the local community over the next 12 years, the team at Bellbowrie Physio strived to provide the highest quality of care and reinforce their mission statement: Promoting an active community.

Bellbowrie Physio has long since been immersed in local sporting and activity groups; founding the Bellbowrie Heart Foundation Walking Group in 2005, sponsoring Moggill Football Club since 2006 and Westside Physical Culture Club since 2014, as well as supporting local events such as the Moggill State School Futsal Competition. The practice continued to evolve within the greater 4070 community, launching the Bellbowrie Physio Pilates program in 2013 with huge success.

February 2016 saw the expansion of Bellbowrie Physio into Kenmore, which triggered its name change to Target Physio and a refreshed mission statement: Targeting pain and function. Enabling fitness. The new space allowed for additional staff, extending the combined knowledge and expertise of the Target Physio team.
Since the expansion into Kenmore, Target Physio has become involved in additional sporting clubs and fitness groups; sponsoring Kenmore Bears Football Club and Kenmore Little Athletics and supporting the weekly Riverlife Keep Active group in Seventeen Mile Rocks. Target Physio also maintains excellent relationships with local gyms, including Snap Fitness Kenmore and Bellbowrie and F45 Kenmore and Pullenvale.

Target Physio receives broken, dysfunctional, or painful bodies of all ages and fitness levels. Treatments are tailored to the individual and targeted plans are established to eradicate dysfunction and restore fitness and healthy movement.

The team at Target Physio are passionate about the work that they do and are driven to continue to provide the highest quality of care to the surrounding community.

The Target Physio team is currently completing individual movement goals as part of Movember! We're passionate about advocating Men's Health and stopping men dying too young. To follow our challenges and to donate to this wonderful cause click here or on the mo below!
